TOWIE star Frankie Essex is set to go under the knife for the first time to boost her "saggy" boobs.

The 24-year-old, who is one of only a handful of the ITV2 show's cast who has not had surgery before, was snapped yesterday as she visited the London Bridge Plastic Surgery Clinic to discuss the op.
A source close to the reality star told us she wanted the procedure done after her boobs "headed south" following her recent dramatic weight loss.

In the past few years Frankie, who is believed to be going from a C-cup to an E-cup, has lost nearly three stone and slimmed down from a size 16 to a size 10.
Since June alone she has shed a stone — taking her to 9st 7lbs.
And she revealed this week how her new body helped her bag a man.

The blonde is currently dating John Lyons, a building site manager from Essex, who she met on a night out in July.
She said: "It's early days and we've only been seeing each other for six weeks, but he's absolutely lovely.
"He's made me feel more confident in myself.

"Finally, my new body has bagged me a man."
And it seems that 26-year-old John is more than happy with Frankie's decision to have a breast enlargement.
After joining Frankie at her appointment, he was seen attempting to work out how big her new boobs would be.
