Window shopping only girls! Kimora Lee Simmons takes daughters to the upscale Beverly Hills stores... but they emerge empty handed

She may be a multi-millionairess, but that doesn't mean that Kimora Lee Simmons spoils her children all the time.
The 37-year-old model and former president and Creative Director for Phat Fashions was seen taking her daughters Ming Lee, 12, and Aoki Lee, 10, shopping in the upscale neighbourhood of Beverly Hills on Wednesday.
However, instead of emerging from the stores with bagfuls of clothes, the trio merely perused the windows.

For the outing, the six foot glamorous former wife of hip hop mogul Russell Simmons looked slender in a pair of wild printed leggings paired with a black printed T-shirt and leather motorcycle jacket.
She boosted her already statuesque height with a pair of Christian Louboutin strappy stilettos and carried a black leather Hermes Birkin bag.
Meanwhile, her little ones looked equally on trend as their mother, with Ming opting for a pair of black leggings teamed with a white tasseled top for the outing, and Aoki in grey trousers and a matching sweater featuring a bow print.

At one point Kimora was seen nervously biting her nails as she chatted on her cell phone.
Not present for the outing was Kimora's beau, African born actor Djimon Hounsou.
Back in June this year, it was reported that the pair, who have a three-year-old son Kenzo Lee together, had split.
The actor, star of hits like Gladiator and Blood Diamond, got his big break as slave Cinque in Steven Spielberg's Amistad in 1997.

According to the New York Daily News, Honsou walked out on Kimora after 'a big fight over money'.
Reports also claimed Kimora's former husband Russell decided to stop funding the pair's lifestyle.
Back in June, Trulia Luxe Living blog reported that Kimora was selling her Beverly Hills home at a $1.2m loss.
Representatives for both Honsou and Simmons kept quiet about the alleged split.

Honsou's agents told nydailynews.com the actor had been working in Vancouver for the past few months, and Kimora's people responded only that 'Kimora has a beautiful family life'.
No reports have emerged since.
Kimora also denied she was facing financial difficulty on Twitter, saying “Wow, I put 1 of several properties I own (+ DONT live in) on the market & now apparently my whole life is fallin apart?!" adding, "Rumors, Rumors ...”
