Rihanna looks sexy for debut performance of Diamonds on SNL

Much of her artistry revolves around her ever-evolving image as well as her controversial lyrics.
But on Saturday Rihanna attempted to keep attention on her vocal performance as she mesmerised viewers on Saturday Night Live.
The 24-year-odld singer took to the stage for her first ever live performance of her new single Diamonds and distracted viewers with images projected onto a green screen which she stood in front of.

Used to putting on a full dance routine to entertain audiences, this time Rihanna – who real name Is Robyn Fenty – used her band members as part of her clever display.
As visions such as colourful suns, moons and palm trees graced the stage set, her backing musicians appeared as floating heads at certain points when their T-shirts became a part of the background design.
Rihanna’s get-up however did not change throughout the performance of the track from her forthcoming album Unapologetic.

She donned a camouflage style slip dress which she covered up with a large coat to match.
The singer – who is currently sporting her undercut hair to one side in a wavy style – added a slick of red lipstick and donned biker boots with her ensemble.
Rather than her sexy moves or barely there outfits attention was certainly on her vocal talent although the rather outdated backdrop was a little distracting.

That evening she was spotted exiting her hotel in an eye-catching Chanel outfit.
The monochrome clothing consisted of brogue shoes form the brand as well as their round-frame sunglasses.
She teamed it with white jeans, a black dress and bulky ebony coat to help cope with the New York City weather.
