Tulisa Contostavlos in trouble with council after breaking the law by smoking backstage at X Factor
Gary Barlow shocked fans when he claimed she had 'fag ash breath'.But now the Tulisa Contostavlos has sparked fresh controversy by enjoying cigarettes in her dressing room.
The 24-year-old singer has been smoking backstage on The X Factor show, breaking the 2006 Health Act which bans smoking at work.

Bosses on the talent show have been sent a letter from the council warning that Tulisa is breaking the law.
A council spokesperson told MailOnline: 'We have received a complaint and written to Fountain Studios to remind them of the Health Act and the seriousness of not complying with this legislation.'
'Where contraventions of smoke-free legislation are identified appropriate enforcement action will be taken.'
A source told the Sun: 'Bosses aren't happy that she's causing trouble.'

A spokesperson for the singer declined to comment on the story.
On Sunday night's X Factor show Tulisa was seen praising her winning act from the 2011 show after Little Mix returned to the stage to perform.
She enthused: 'My little muffins are all grown up. You're all grown up now.
'This is why you won, you're professional. you're all on point and confident now.'
