Taking a break from her commitments as a mentor on the Australian version of the X Factor, Mel was seen soaking up the sun on a luxury boat on Saturday.
The 37-year-old was partying with her husband Stephen Belafonte and actress Phoebe Tonkin as their grand vessel named 'Timeout' set sail Down Under.
